How often can I drink Creatine Cactus Water in a day?

We recommend 1-2 servings of Creatine Cactus Water a day. One serving contains a maintenance dose of 3g of creatine monohydrate, two servings contains 6g of creatine monohydrate. Two servings can be beneficial on days when you are extra active. We do not recommend taking more than two doses in one day.

Does it contain sugar?

It contains a small amount of naturally occurring sugar (2g) from organic coconut water, a natural source of electrolytes.

Is it low-carb?

Yes, it contains 3g of carbohydrates per serving. A small amount which supports optimal absorption of creatine.

Is it approved by the FDA?
